THE COWBOY EXTREME SANDBUSTER is a 275 bbl tank, that has one section for particles and debris settlement, that overflows to a clean water section with a flow rate up to 600 gpm. Tanks can be manifolded to multiple frac tanks to increase treated water storage.
THE COWBOY EXTREME SANDBUSTER has one Vertical Gas Buster, and a proprietary screen shaker system capable of flaring off gas, if required, and removing sand and other debris from flow back water. The shaker system can be configured with a variety of screen sizes to meet customers requirements.
THE COWBOY EXTREME SANDBUSTER is equipped to meet the highest of safety standards. With handrails, a gas vent line, and a catwalk, its designed to meet workforce requirements. Operating our equipment safe and efficiently ensures no issues or equipment failure.

All of our Restraint Supervisors are trained and certified. Our restraints are the best in the business and American made. Just like iron in the field we test our restraints every six months. Every restraint is inspected and cleaned after every job. If the restraint looks worn or damaged it is sent off to be re-certified. We want to ensure that our restraints are in 100% working condition to handle the intense well pressures.

THE COWBOY SANDBUSTER is a patent-protected flow back water treatment with a 275 barrel rank, which has a 120 mesh screen shaker, with a flow rate of 600 gallons per minute.

Cowboy RESTRAINTS
runners and ties Rig Up
A runner through the ties on each valve will ensure easier maintenance for an untrained hand and can restrain the iron when we are not on location. With a tie on each valve, it holds more pounds of pressure if the valve were to blow with a red tie supporting the blue runner in place. If a blow out were to occur, the blue runner will rip and the red ties will still be in contact for an extra layer of support.
If the red ties blow first then the blue runner will hold and stop the blue runner from flapping around. The valves on the frac iron is where a red restraint is placed. That is the area most likely for a blow out to occur. We shackle a tie and runner at the start of a run and also link blues together in longer sections or runts to ensure easier maintenance.
